What is TMJ?


TMJ is the joint that connects your jaw to your skull, right in front of your ears.

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that uses very light touch to help the body release tension.

Gentle work with the jaw muscles (outside, or with consent, inside the mouth) to release clenching.
